the jacuzzi tub didn't even have hot water when I arrived, what a joy that was. and of course, there was a lovely blood spot on my bed linens. I would have given a good review, but I expected complimentary upgrades for my troubles, not just empty apologies. absolutely horrendous experience, to say the least.

The pools were really nice, and there are people with golf carts to drive you around. The spa offered great services, with options for both budget and luxury. I also appreciated the decent bar food and nice vibes. Shoutout to Ty at the front desk for being so helpful! 😊

We had a wonderful time enjoying the brand-new Treasure Cove Water Park and spending quality moments with our kids and hubby. The various activities available kept everyone entertained, and the staff ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, an extra broom and mop would greatly improve cleanliness for families.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and laundry services. During my first stay, the staff helped me with currency recommendations, and Ty at the front desk was really nice. I can’t wait to return for a romantic escape!

The staff was incredibly friendly, particularly Brian, who always had a smile and went out of his way to help. The facilities, especially the hot water pool, were delightful and added to our enjoyment. I also loved the wide range of television channels, which kept our family entertained during downtime. The ambiance at the bar was perfect for relaxation with a fire pit, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Parking was quite challenging at times, making it difficult to find a spot during peak hours.

The food at the bar is decent, and check-in was efficient thanks to friendly staff members. However, the parking situation could be quite challenging at times.
